Refund & return policy

Please contact us at info@getnano.ca with any product related issues, warranty, order cancellation or refund requests, and someone from our team will assist you with your request.
You may also call us at 1-888-732-6822 during normal business hours, Eastern time zone. You will usually receive faster service if you contact us by phone.

All issues are handled on a case-by-case basis at this time & we do value any discussions we have with you. We respond to all inquires within 24 hrs. In typical cases, the issue will be sorted with a day or so. 

We take customer satisfaction very seriously and will happily assist you in this regard. 
Keep in mind that in many cases there may be shipping, restocking, credit card, or other charges for returns, warranty issues, refund requests, and/or order cancellations.
We will discuss with you to reduce or eliminate these, if possible. If you complete the placement an order, then ask to cancel it, there may be a portion of the payment that we can't refund due to the policies of the payment handling company, ie Paypal, Stripe, Shopify etc.
Also, respectfully we do ask that you contact us as soon as possible regarding any issues, as we can't honour any returns/refunds or other issues past 30 days from the date of delivery.
